Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue of carp fishing equipment, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Maestro/Switch/Electron/Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. In the event that any items are out of stock we will not charge for them and they will not be placed on back order. We will endeavour to call you on the contact number you provide to let you know what is unavailable.
Shipping And Handling uk
The maximum shipping we will charge is £9.99, for large and heavy items, however depending on the size and weight this can be as little as £4.99. most orders placed by 1pm will be delivered the next day, but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. we do not deliver on saturdays,sundays and bank holidays . signiture is required for all orders on delivery .
We pride ourselves on our delivery speed and will normally send your order within 24 hrs .
If item is not in stock, we will not back order for you.
All the prices quoted within this site include 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within fourteen days. Please inform us by email to arrange returns and obtain returns refrence number. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner.
If goods were shipped carriage paid by us to the customer, and customer returns the goods under the 14 day returns policy, then the customer will be responsible for reimbursing us the delivery and return carriage costs .
